From Santa Monica and San Vicente in West Hollywood to Hollywood and Highland in the heart of Hollywood, the streets were closed off for the protest against the ban on gay marriage (CA PROP 8). I love these rallies because I feel like we’re all united as one in the same cause and share the same hopes in equality. We met up with 2 other rallies and the street where landmark, Hollywood and Highland is was written all over with chalk. Different statements, different people, but the same feelings about the issue. Love is unconditional and hatred and injustice must be stopped. This is my friend and I’s contribution to the street mural :)
